Coming from the Greater Toronto Area? We are only 2.5 hours and two turns away.

  • Head north on Highway 400

  • Continue onto Highway 11 North

  • Exit onto Highway 60 East. From here you are just ten minutes away from Rowland Cottage.

  • Turn right onto Canal Rd

  • Merge onto Deerhurst Drive

  • Carry on through Deerhurst Resort until you reach the sign for our private gravel road. Rowland Cottage is the first driveway on the right side.

Transit Options from Toronto, Ottawa, etc.

There are currently three bus options available:

Option 1: Landline Co.

Air Canada began a partnership with this bus company to run passengers from Toronto Pearson airport to the Muskoka airport in Bracebridge. We are pretty sure you can book without a plane ticket, but let us know if we’re mistaken! We can arrange pick up for you from the Muskoka Airport. 

Option 2: Flix Bus

Available from Ottawa, Union Station, Toronto Pearson airport, and dozens of other communities to Huntsville. We can pick you up in Huntsville at the bus stop. 

Option 3: Ontario Northland Bus

This bus picks up in several locations around Ontario, including Ottawa, Union Station, Toronto Pearson airport, and more. We can pick you up in Huntsville at the bus stop. 

Arriving by air and prefer not to drive?

Option 1: Private car service from Toronto Pearson airport ~ about $625 CAD

Option 2: Book your plane ticket with Air Canada through to Muskoka Airport (YQA). For no additional charge, you will be transported by bus from Toronto Pearson airport to Muskoka airport in Bracebridge. We can arrange pick up for you from the Muskoka airport. 

Option 3: Take the Flix Bus (3-4 hours, $40-50) or the Northland Bus (4+ hours, about $55) to Huntsville.

Option 4: Take the UP Train from Toronto Pearson Airport to Union Station (28 minutes, $12.35 CAD), then board the Northlander Train or Northland Bus from Toronto Union Station to Huntsville (train fare and schedule TBD; service is re-opening in 2026). We can arrange transfers for you to and from the train station in Huntsville.
